The staff and volunteers at Palliative CareCenter & Hospice of Catawba Valley want to pause and say "Thank You" to the patients and families that allowed us to provide care and comfort for them this year. It is our honor and privilege - our blessing - to be able to serve them. Although words can never fully express the depth of our emotion and gratitude, we humbly  and graciously say - Thank You.

Pathways of Promise

PCHCV offers you the opportunity to remember your loved one with a lasting memorial. A personalized brick in memory or honor of your loved one can join those lining the "Pathways of Promise," the walkways across our Main Campus. The bricks bear witness to the life of your loved one and provide a daily inspiration to those who walk the Hospice grounds.
