PCHCV offers you the opportunity to remember your loved one with a lasting memorial. A personalized brick in memory or honor of your loved one can join those lining the "Pathways of Promise," the walkways across our Main Campus. The bricks bear witness to the life of your loved one and provide a daily inspiration to those who walk the Hospice grounds.

Suggestions for the message include "In Memory of" or "In Honor of" your loved one, your family's name, or your company or organization's name.

You will be notified after your personalized brick has been placed in the "Pathways of Promise." If you are interested in seeing your brick on-site, PCHCV staff are happy to show you to the memorial; call Community Development Coordinator Mike Warlick at 828/466-0466, ext. 3203, to ask about your brick's placement.

Please note: Our bricks are ordered from craftsmen in Florida and are placed by volunteers on our walkways. Please allow 12-16 weeks for engraving and placement of your brick before notification.
